Adventurer Sean Conway completes ‘GB coastline triathlon’

An extreme adventurer completes a 4,000-mile ultra-triathlon around the coastline of Britain.

In 2013, Sean Conway swam 900 miles from Land’s End in Great Britain to John o’Groats in Scotland spending 90 days in the water and raising money for the charity “War Child.”

Now he’s setting his sights on an Ultra Triathlon consisting of a 3,350 mile ride along the Welsh and Scottish coastlines, a 400 mile run down the east coast of England, and culminating with a 100 mile swim from Brighton to Lulworth Cove.

Oh, and did I mention he’ll be riding a bamboo bicycle and using a self-made raft for support during the swim?
