Favero Assioma Adds “Cycling Dynamics”

Posted on July 23, 2019

Cycling Dynamics for Assioma Power Meter Pedals Released, New Pedal Bodies Too

After nearly two years of waiting, there’s finally another Cycling Dynamics option on the table. Here’s how it all works with the Assioma Pedals.

This is the second major firmware update for the Favero Assioma pedals since I’ve owned them (the first being focused on improved accuracy). Now they’ve added 2 of the 3 metrics of the ANT+ power meter standard that involve “cycling dynamics”: Power Phase which details where in the stroke your power is being applied and Rider Position (time spent seated versus standing).

As usual, the most complete description of this update can be found over at DC Rainmaker.
