As someone who’s approaching 60, I found this to be one of the most inspiring and motivating podcasts I’ve listened to in quite a while. Two age-group athletes, Rick (64) and Ken (71), discuss their approaches to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle with no end in sight. Definitely worth listening to.
